Preparing the financial statements and business results for the year by providing all the information required from the accounting program.
Following up with the client regarding their dues with company and whether the payment of the same is received on time or not.
Following up the company’s rents and their maturity date.
Preparing VAT report and quarterly filing of returns.
Examine financial statements to make sure they’re accurate and comply with the relevant laws and regulations.
Preparing bank reconciliation on every 10 days.
Ensures Reconciliation of accounts (including bank accounts)
Supervising the accounts payable department.
Preparing to the accruals and reconciling general ledger.
Maintaining cash requirements schedules and accounts payable aging analysis. etc
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Updating and reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledger.
• Bank reconciliation statements
•Financial statements (profit & loss account and balance sheet)
•Preparation of cash flow statements and fund flow statements
•Preparation of cost sheet
•Ratio analysis
•Payroll calculation and accounting entry.
•Compiling payroll data, computing payroll on timely basis and recording in books of accounts on time
• Compiling results and preparing reports for customers.
