 Take care of the people property and information.
 To provide the lifeline/helpline to the staffs on duty.
 Responsible to perform the function of CCTV cameras.
 Monitor the activities captured on the cameras, inform the authorities in case of suspicious activities.
 CCTV activities review, search, save and burn into CD or USB device if the scene is requires or asking by the client and Police.
 Adjust the camera focus point and layout on the screen.
 Maintain Lost & Found property records - Handover to the owner, police and Mall Management.
 To pass the messages within the client and company head office.
 Follow up the mail messages from the client and coordinate with the concern section.
 Mail daily, monthly, Yearly reports and other accident and incident to the client and other department as required.
 Documents Scan, Fax and Photocopy.
 Handle the Mall BMS (Building Management System) including Mall A/C control, lights control system, LPG control system etc.
 Organize the staff’s schedule and deploy in the individual assignments.
 Brief and train the new staffs and organize the assignment as per client and company rules.
 Receiving external and internal calls and follow-up accordingly.
 Handling multiple complaints and forwarding to the related department.
 Maintain staffs attendance log and day-off schedule as daily and monthly basis.
 Daily entry of the approved NOC from the Management and apply for the tenants and contractors accordingly.
 Check-in/ Check-out the contractors for work in mall as per approved NOC by mall Management, police and other required department.
 Ensure the health and safety procedures set by the govt. and the company and carryout accordingly.
 Maintain smooth departmental operations through excellent communication amongst all section and colleagues.
 Ensure that procedures are followed as per the govt., Company and Mall policies.
