• Maintain and govern master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and
completeness across systems (ERP/WMS/RMFCS).
• Create, update, and validate master data records such as materials,
customers, vendors, and locations.
• Enforce data governance policies, standards, and naming conventions.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
• Support business operations by ensuring high-quality data for planning,
procurement, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve master data
processes and drive continuous improvement.

• Plan, create, and release warehouse waves based on order priority and
shipment schedules.
◦ Allocate inventory and verify stock availability in WMS/ERP before wave
execution.
◦ Coordinate with picking, packing, and outbound teams to
ensure smooth workflow.
◦ Monitor wave progress and adjust priorities to meet delivery deadlines.
◦ Resolve issues such as shortages, system errors, or picking delays
during wave processing.
◦ Maintain accurate documentation and report wave performance,
productivity, and exceptions.

• Perform scheduled cycle counts and verify physical stock against system
records.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and perform
recounts if needed.
• Update inventory records and process approved adjustments in
ERP/WMS.
• Report variances, trends, and accuracy metrics to management.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve stock issues and improve
processes.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, inventory policies, and support audit
requirements.
• Support inbound, picking, and outbound departments by ensuring
accurate inventory through cycle counting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to quickly investigate and resolve
inventory
discrepancies across all warehouse processes.
