•Preparing PO for the company
•Procuring fire & safety products according to the company's requirement (Fm200, Novec gas, Sprinklers, Nozzles, Mechanical accessories.) Following up with the Vendors for PO till order is received
•Responsible for preparing SABER Certificate for all the shipments
•Responsible for Inbound & Outbound
•Responsible for Warehouse Stocking & Quality check Responsible for Inventory of 500SKU
•Responsible for all the Outbound from warehouse while ensuring Quality check before the dispatch Coordinating with 3PL for the dispatch & keeping track with them till the orders are delivered
•Preparing Quotation for the clients according to their requirements
•Coordinating with the salesman & the clients for the BOQ
•Getting the prices for the product from the suppliers •Following up with clients
The company is distributor of approximately 400 schools in Hyderabad, India with Rs3 Billion turnover. I played an important role in handling the Warehouse logistics for the online orders.
During the peak season the company gets 800-900 daily orders out of which I fulfilled 200-300 orders. The processing of online orders was done on Magento.
Coordinated with 3PL DTDC(Courier representative) & there are other private drivers too for the deliveries. I had to communicate with the drivers & arrange the pickup of the orders & follow up till they are delivered to the customer. If customer had any issue regarding the delivery I had to communicate with them & solve the issue as soon as possible.
There was daily cash sales in warehouse of 80, 000Rs to 150, 000Rs which I used to handle & had to tally the accounts by the end of the day.
