Role: Fulfill the company tender specifications while construction:
• Elaborate and follow HSE training program
• Monitor the health, safety and environment at construction site
• Establish the terms of reference of protection and safety equipment.
• Manage Park lifting equipment (mobile crane, tower crane, telescopic crane, trucks, ...)
• Constitute documents of equipment under governing control and ensures tests with control officers. (Such as storage tanks, gas piping, hoist, crane, electric installations, fire network …)
• Manage external contractors: listing everyone equipment, control access, controls employment declaration, check for badge.
• Control, inspect the site, classify risks and report up the situation and the correction program to the stuff.
• Prevent risks, elaborate fire permit, work permit, …
• Follow the non-compliance list and reclaim to the contractors.
• Animate meetings with HSE officers of each contractor.
• Prepare and animate hygienic committee
• Write necessary instructions with the different departments to be applied
• Participate in the analysis of non-conformance, incidents, accidents at work following the ADC method with the head entity concerned and the line manager of the victim, recommend remedies...
