1. Attending court and hearings of all cases;
2. Drafting claims, defenses and all other relevant documentation relating to office cases;
3. Reviewing all Office contracts and legal documentation relating to the Offices’s commercial activities;
4. Advising the company on all aspects of Kuwait law; and mediation of issues that may arise and prevention of a buildup of Office cases
