Technical advisory to Tindakan Mewah-Salini Malaysia consortium to secure RM 2.3 billion Contracts from Malaysian Energy Board for the construction of 372MW Ulu Jelai Hydro Electric Project in Cameron Highlands in the Pahang state. Involved in preparing proposals to Pahang state and had secured Six (6) Location of Small hydro sites with a total generating capacity of 125 MW under Renewable Energy program.

Prior to involve in the Hydro project business, Two (2) location sites for developing of Ten (10) storey High-end condominium at Ampang, Kuala Lumpur and Multi-storey Resort and Hotels next to Hyatt hotel in Kuantan Pahang has been proposed. Both projects had been approved and design completed. My scope of responsibility is to coordinate among the consultant teams to achieve targeted milestone to the satisfaction of the Employer. This includes liaison works with the respective City council.

Before joining Touch Group Holdings Sdn Bhd, I was working with Shah Alam Properties Berhad, the Selangor State of Malaysia investment arm. I was developed to be a `property man' with a total of Eleven (11) years of exposures in property development of various types of properties such as a mixed housing development, real estate, commercial properties and infrastructures. My services with Shah Alam Properties Berhad started from year 1996 until year 2007.

Muhibbah Engineering Berhad, a company that involves in the port and marine construction as well as high-rise tower was my Employer for about two (2) years starting from my graduation year 1993 until 1995. I gained valuable experiences in the construction of 35 storey high-rise Plaza Raja Chulan in Kuala Lumpur and the construction of the Wharf and Jetty terminal at West Port, Pulau Indah, Klang. In mid-year 1995, i had left Muhibbah Engineering and had joined a consulting firm namely Terra Geotechnics Sdn Bhd, a subsidiaries to HSS Integrated Sdn Bhd for the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) supervision works as an Asst Resident Engineer for Runaways earthworks package EW3. In third quarter of 1996 year, i moved to Shah Alam Properties Berhad to gain my experience in property industries.
