Handling Cyberjaya & Bangi branch
Develop strong strategy that meets organizational sales target.
Overseeing both branch sales performance, activities and promotional
campaigns
To ensure All Branch meet the Audit target
Generate relevant sales report to make evaluation (sales teams) identify sales
opportunities, future improvement
Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and
revenue goals
Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasting reports, and budgetary reports to
ensure proper budget management and cost control
Organizing, planning, and managing the daily tasks and operations of the division.
Evaluating the division's performance and identifying areas of improvement.
Providing technical direction and professional support to division personnel.
Ensuring that staff members comply with the policies and procedures of the division.
Ensuring team deliver good customer service
Meeting operational expectations by implementing and maintaining high retail
standards
Motivate staff & dealing with inquiries and complaints
Customers service issues & store merchandising
Helping organize promotions, new product launching & warehouse sales
Managing deliveries from supplier
To assist in staff supervision and development, allocating duties and ensuring
that these are carried out at all times
To deputies for the Retail Manager in her absence
To develop the customer base
To ensure that all policies and procedures are followed by staff at all times
To assist in developing the business and its success
