• Follow up the issuance of Bid - Bonds, L/Cs and L/Gs, if necessary.
• Prepare annual/ monthly Forecast/ Budget/ BTA in respect of Sales, Turnover and Margins for all business divisions.
• Handle all sales commercial invoices.
• Handle insurance documents for projects.
• Handle all cash vouchers & general journal vouchers.

• Participate in forecast and budget preparation.
• Participate in preparation of cash flow statements, income statements and balance sheets.
• Booking of commercial invoices, follow up and update debtors.
• Handle all vouchers of suppliers, National Authorities and Employees.
• Handle all bank transactions & monthly bank statement reconciliation.
