Draftsman | 19 Infrastructure and Utilities (wet and Dry) drawings for Roads, Irrigation network, Sewer network, Potable Water, Storm Water, Process water, Reclaimed Water, District cooling system, Power System, Telecommunication System, Security Systems, Rail tracks network etc. GIS team support in all discipline CAD works.
.Attend management meetings weekly, Provide status reporting of team activities against the project schedule, and Keep the project manager and project committee informed of task accomplishment, issues and status.
Lead Technical CAD team. Prepare weekly and daily progress reports as required.
Prepare Underground utilities maps, topographic maps depending on the intended use of the maps as achieved Topographic survey data using traditional survey total station from surveyors.
Team member on all land acquisition maps production and verification.
Civil Drafting experience pertaining to land development, Contour Maps, and topographic maps.
Complete AutoCAD Drafting works required for the projects as per the engineering standards for Different villas, Schools and commercial buildings
Under the guidance from the senior management and engineers, my duties included in completing AutoCAD design and drafting work for the relevant projects. The additional responsibilities allocated to me were to prepare bill of quantities for architectural works.
Preparing Architectural drawings for all levels, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling layout, tiles layout, furniture layout, wet area detail plans, detail sections, etc. as per the Architect instructions.
Coordinate with internal design disciplines for design related issues.
Amend drawings based on feedback from Client and Design Engineers
