Key Result Areas:
• As a General Manager I have to execute the overall responsibility of the Company. I oversee most or all of the firms: Technical, Sales and Marketing, Production (Aluminium, Glass and Wood), Operations, Projects, QA/QC, Procurement, Safety, Logistics, Human Resource, HSE and Accounts.
• As well as day to day business of the Company. I am responsible for: Effective Planning Delegating, Coordinating, Staffing, Organizing and Decision Making.
• Develop Strategic Plan and implement the company’s long-term goals and strategies, in alignment with the overall vision and mission. Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and make informed strategic decisions to enhance the company’s market position.
• Oversee the financial health of the organization, including budgeting, cost control, pricing strategies and financial reporting. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances and take appropriate action to optimize profitability and maintain financial stability.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of various operational processes, such as Production, Quality Control, Inventory Management and Logistics. Implement efficient system and procedures to maximize productivity, minimize waste and deliver high-quality products and services to the clients.
