Architectural & Structural Drawings
Preparation of complete detailed Architectural & Structural drawing standards.
* Prepares Architectural & Structural drawings as required from detailed sketches,
layouts and specific instructions.
* Preparation of Drawings for Riyadh Municipality Submission.
* Coordinate with team members to work out client needs and intentions.
* Works independently under the direction from the Senior Architects and Designers.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Creating Shop drawings with reference of Contract drawings.
* Submitting Shop drawings for consultant approvals.
* Making elevations and sections of various plans.
* Making Co-Ordinates of various drawings.
* Preparation of Civil, Architectural & Structural Drawings.
* Designing new proposals as per change request.
* Preparation of As-built drawings as per site.
* Managing CAD drawings as per discipline.
* Modifications to the design drawings by the engineer’s direction
As per the requirements.
* Maintaining Submittal log for Shop drawing and As-built drawings.
* Maintain drawing files and records throughout the duration of contracts.
* Generating new product designs and modifying existing designs for client.
* Report problems and deficiencies in the design and brief to an appropriate person.
