The main focus of my activities involve assisting CFO with overall smooth and efficient running of office and managing day to day, end to end administrative operations and critical missions. A synopsis of my function as an Assistant to CFO, is as follows:

>Provide administration assistance and personal support to CFO in respect of all work undertaken by him. Processing of all paper-work sent to the Office of CFO for approval ensuring relevant approvals by departmental managers, supporting documentation attached, rationale justified and within budget.
>One of my major responsibilities was to ensure that the volume of work referred to the Office of CFO is completed before deadlines by prioritizing appropriately.
>Manage the workload and delegation of tasks to the Finance Managers, Sr. Officers and Officers- including diligent follow-up to ensure timely achievement of targets.
>Develop and maintain good working relationship with team members-both internal and external.
>Arrange and manage meetings and all aspects of recording such as Diary, Minutes, etc
>Ensure the successful and efficient management of CFO Office daily office issues through:
o Maintaining of a confidential electronic filing system
o Maintaining & Monitoring Minutes of ALCO and MANCOMM
o The administration of incoming/outgoing mails/telephone calls.
o Assistance in the preparation of all outgoing correspondence
>Update and consolidate reports to ensure compliance with departmental budgets and corporate planning targets
