• Ensure Implementation of Client Procedure for bidding (cost estimation - Precontract & Post contract), Submit Documentation,
Prepare Procurement Strategy (Make or Buy Analysis) Reports Based on Project Procurement Plan.
• Responsible for Suppliers Profile & Portfolio Management, Suppliers Pre - Qualification and Vendors Performance evaluation on
