• Project GLOW: Increasing our customers overall business acumen and SAP know-how which was reflected on the IS annual survey results with an increase in the IS Business Effectiveness by 12% in Jordan.
• Project Magellan: Minimizing time to create and process expense claims through standard processes and a modern system by 75% in Jordan and Lebanon
• Project Alpha: Reducing time needed to process time attendance logs by 50% in Jordan.
Key Achievements
• Project Khonsu: A 7 months project in Egypt resulted in a remarkable enhancements in business processes and systems such as (Revenue recognition, MRP, Tax reporting, SoD conflicts resolution).
• Actively providing day-to-day systems support ensuring minimum impact on business activities.
• Timely managing security and functional SAP changes out of the assigned scope.
• Documenting and publishing, short yet meaningful, training materials for business processes and SAP transactions.
• Supporting the design, build and deployment of IS Solutions and processes.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand current and future business requirements and their impact on the IS landscape.
• Creating and maintain systems/services documentations, training programs/materials, operating manuals within assigned scope.
Key Achievements
• Project Iris: Acting as an assisting Project Manager for SAP implementation at Philip Morris Jordan, this complex project was delivered on Time, Scope, and Budget. On top of my assigned tasks, I took the initiative of mapping and uploading the factory spare parts into SAP due to urgent unavailability of engineering resources where I was awarded with a Recognition for Excellence Award.
• Successfully deploying the first global application into Philip Morris Jordan portfolio (Genesis Physical Quality Monitoring) which massively increased our final products physical quality index where I was recognized with the Above and Beyond the Call of Duty Award (ABCD Award).
• Taking the initiative of designing and deploying the change management process for locally developed and hosted applications.
• Working directly with Finance, Sales, Production, and Supply Chain teams and management to complete over 70 security and functional changes in Baan ERP bringing value to the newly acquired business and ensuring processes standardization.
• Periodically directing training and awareness sessions ensuring maximum utilization of our services.
• Working with users and management to gather requirements and evaluate ease of use.
• Designing and deploying updates to existing software to meet changing customer demands.
• Directing onsite training for business users to maximize productivity.
• Ensuring system and data availability and integrity through preventative maintenance and upgrades.
