Responsible for PMO, Procurement, and IT functions.

- Managed the function responsible for all activities related to the maintenance of the Management Systems including International Standards such as: ISO9001:2008, ISO27001:2013, and ISO14001:2004, resulting in a continuous retention of the certificates of these management systems.
- Coordinating with corporate’s Internal Audit function on the closure of all findings related to the operation focusing primarily on high risk ones, and ensure all functional departments comply with the reviews of IA. Created a Dynamic Monitoring Dashboard in order to monitor the progress of the audit findings closure.
- Created a standard Business Process Framework to reflect the structure of any company aiming at organizing and orchestrating the flow of activities for an efficient, effective, and a productive way of doing business.
- Managed the standardization of processes across the company for better understanding and management for the purpose improving efficiency.
- Ensured proper setup of all documentation related to all activities within the company based on the quality standards requirements.
Identified the risks associated with the processes and setup their preventive and mitigation plans.

Worked very closely, effectively, and constructively with the CEOs and other executives on developing the company's overall strategy, with all related aspects of it (i.e. SWOT analysis; PESTER analysis, extensive performance and competition analysis, etc.) and ensured alignment with Zain Group strategy.
Ensured generation of the long-term 5-years Business Plan forecasts based on the approved strategy, and worked extensively with the top management to adjust it as necessary, with proactive suggestions of useful recommendations to serve business growth and expansion needs.
- Managed effectively the monitoring and tracking of all strategic initiatives pertaining to all departments across the company after cascading all critical information in the Strategy - along with the approved strategic goals reflected in the Business Plan forecast.
- Worked closely with the consultants to identify market potential and different growth opportunities.
- Led the analysis for competitors' activities in order to develop a better-informed strategy, leading to better decision-making.
- Managed successfully the high-level activities pertaining to the preparation for the 3rd mobile company entrance in Kuwait, and Zain rebranding projects. Both required daily interaction with the top management and other senior executives.
- Managed the team responsible for the Executive Committee meetings to present the weekly company-wide operational KPIs and next steps.
- Led the interaction, and was the liaison, for all initiatives/projects coming from different Zain Group teams, including the Quarterly Performance Reports

- Managed with great success the projects related to infrastructure expansion of the mobile networks including the planning, negotiating, contracting, monitoring, and following up on execution, etc. aiming at achieving the targeted deadlines under the assigned budgets.
- Managed to meet the deadlines of all network projects, and achieved savings in millions of dollars for the company through negotiating the vendors.
