- MOTOR CLAIMS SUPERVISOR and RECOVERY & NOTIFICATIINS INCHARGE, From Nov 2009 till to date

Responsible about:

 Claims auditing subject to the insurance low coverage.
 Preparing MIS reports such as clients-statistical history, loss ratio, contribution etc.
 Assisting and preparing year-end report for audit purpose viz., outstanding motor claims. Statement of motor claim recovery outstanding, statement of brokers account.
 Follow up of the settlement clearance with other insurance companies.
 Responsible of interaction and negotiation with customers in all cases (cash settlement, total lose, Bodily Injury …etc).
 Responsible of follow up on the claim cases with the concerned courts against the company.
 Prepare and audit the end year outstanding to control the loss ratio.
 Selling the salvage of total loss vehicles and ability to get the highest prices.
 Sending intimations and follow up approvals from head office.
 Handling some corporate’s claims such as Emirates Gen.Tran. In Abu Dhabi.

- RECOVERY DEP., From FEB 2007 to OCT 2009

 Preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly recovery outstanding reports and claims reports, quarterly loss ratio analysis and consolidation of all branches.
 Supervising data entry, check list and correcting entries of recovery outstanding claims.
 Auditing and re-conciliation of monthly recovery statement with Accounting department and other insurance companies.
 Monthly meeting with insurance companies.
 Communication and follow up with other local insurance companies for settling the recovery and payment etc.

- MOTOR CLAIMS, From Jan 2006 to Jan 2007

 Intimations sent or received from other insurance companies.
 Following up the workshops for the repair estimates and the Salvage offers.
 Open the claims, Issuing credit/debit notes to the workshops and the follow up of invoice settlement.
 Issue LPOs to the concerned workshops, and follow up the quality of the repaired vehicles to customer satisfaction.
 Transfer the damaged vehicles to the concerned workshops to get them repaired and responsible of the quality control of the repaired vehicles.
 Processing the photos of the accidental vehicles.
 Doing any needful work for the department.
 Well versed in underwriting and claims.
