1- Supervise Zaatari Camp warehouses
2- Control the receipt, storage, transfer stock from Zaatari camp warehouses.
3- Completes and file accurate and up to date logistics documents, including GRNs, waybills, Stock reports.
4- Assist in all procurment operation in Mafraq city including Direct purchases, RFQs, and frame work agreement PRs.
5- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports.
6- Assist in handling supplier’s files, including RFQ, CBA, POs
7- Produce regular (Monthly) and accurate narrative and stock reports for the NRC Logistics officer
- Support to the Stock & Supply Officer in maintaining well organized NRC storage of goods in accordance with the NRC procedures using the required documents for storage administration. Accurate reporting (verbal/narrative) about all stock movements to my technical/line manager and supervision and technical assistance for warehouse loaders.

The airport management works closely with government and state aviation committees and department that generate rules and regulations for all aspects of airport business and security. The airport manager must ensure that all aspects of the airport are functioning within these regulations or he or she must take the necessary actions to bring them into compliance. This may mean directly working with airport staff or working with the employees or businesses that rent space in the airport terminal.
