Developing and documenting standard operating procedures and best practices through ongoing evaluation and continual improvement.
•Major Responsibilities as manager: Servers and Systems, IT Security, Networks and VOIP, Data Center, Infrastructure Operations, New Technology Deployment, Team and Personnel Management, manage a global team of full-time employees, managed services, and vendor partnerships.
•Problem management for desktop support and service desk environments and all facets of our End User computing environment (+4500 user).
•Handle escalated issues and work closely with the operation teams to resolve issues. Validate problem descriptions and perform detailed problem diagnosis.
•Management of infrastructure initiatives within the data center, user locations, and widely distributed branches network (+350 Site)
•Team and Vendor Contracts Management.
•Create Daily, Monthly and yearly Reports.
•Prepare and follow up the annual budget.


•Centralized 10 Infrastrucre services for 4500 users and +350 sites 5 sectors with 20 business units and 5 data centers.
•Reducing the cost of Infrastructure by 35% while increasing service performance and reliability.
•Achieve services availability & reliability to 99.98% yearly.
•Building a TCO model.
•Building and implementing IT policy and procedures across 5 different sectors.
•Building service level agreements (SLA) across business units and operational level agreements within the IT department.
•Build a Centralized Data Center and build a disaster recovery site.
•Build an offsite backup with Amazon cloud services.
•Full Migrations for messaging and End-user computing services to the cloud (Microsoft O365, Google G-Suite).
•Build a full security portfolio and implement security policies and procedures.
• Build Vendors management & Vendors selection policies and procedures.
