Purpose of the job: Development of business turnover and profitability.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Annual Marketing & Sales Plan.
2. Sales growth of digital services offer.
3. Lead generation and installed base tracking.
4. New offer launching plan.
5. Digital transformation, deploy Digital services offer (Go Digital), and promote software as a services (SaaS).
6. Go To Market strategy.
7. Grow thru Partners, partners management.
8. Train sales & Prescription team for efficient performance.
9. Data Analyzing & lead generation.
10. Customer presentations, training and Campaigns.
Purpose of the job: Development of business turnover and profitability.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and execute the annual Sales and Marketing Plan for the assigned Product Line and follow up the implementation with the team to achieve the annual OI / sales target and margin growth.
2. Sales enablement: communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support to achieve the target.
3. Customer visits: To maintain market awareness and to secure the sales order.
4. Channel development: Develop the business model thru partners to increase the annual revenue and market coverage in different segments.
Develop the Sell-in / Sell- out strategy.
5. Develop sustainable relationships with partners by triggering an effective and profound dialogue with a win-win mindset (profitable solutions for all).
6. Contribute to discount structure and trade price evolution for products.
7. Approve “special Price” quotations within the authority.
8. Prepare annual partner / public price list.
9. Product launch: Plan the launch of new products and phase-out in addition to Go- not Go strategy.
10. Market intelligence: I’m the expert on my buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria, proactively monitor competition and undertake price comparisons of products.
11. Demand generation: develop the strategy that drives demand for products.
12. Maintain a close integration between all departments and especially the technical and R&D at all times.
13. Prepare and validate catalogues and technical data sheets.
14. Maintain and develop a network of internal and external customers.
15. Following and monitoring the opportunities status using salesforce software www.salesforce.com.
16. Offer optimizing: Support the back office team _ project execution, tender and design_ to offer the right solution to optimize the cost, improve the margin.
17. Create and lead a product library and community where all information/ support tools are available for all internal staff.
18. Coordinate with Schneider factories and business units outside KSA.
19. Arrange a factory visits, seminars and conduct internal and external training.
Purpose of the job: Development and optimization of LV switchboards.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Technical support and training for internal team (sales, prescription, ...) and partners (Panel Builders and Distributers).
2- Validate the LV switchboards design.
3- Prepare killing phrases against competitor’s products.
4- Search / investigate about market requirement and keep our product updated to meet the Enduser satisfaction and differentiate our product in the market.
5- Develop new offer and contribute in preparing the industrialization file.
6- Deploy weekly Technical leaflet to my customers.
Purpose of the job: Design / Development of MV Switchboards.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1- Design MV switchgear (control & protection) such as:
- ENS switchgear under licence of Shneider_electric (IEC standard).
- P-VAC switchgear under licence of GE (ANSI standard).
- NES-H switchgear (AlFanar product) this product is designed and developed to meet SEC requirements and specifications (IEC standard).
2- Design MRMU as per SEC specifications.
3- AC & DC calculation.
4- Heat dissipation.
5- MV ATS & synchronizing panels.
6- Product development for more safety and flexibility for Enduser.
7- Select / Order the right material.
8- Build blocks and templates Using ElecDes program _electrical design software_.
9- Technical support for customer during design stage.
10- Training & technical support for front office team.
Purpose of the job: Marketshare growth, sales target and brand awareness.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Prepare weekly / monthly reports.
2- Support our partners for sell-out.
3- Manage dep. budget.
4- Arrange seminars to introduce the product and increase the brand awareness.
5- Lead internal regularly meetings.
6- Arrange a factory visits for our customer.
7- Open new markets to increase the market coverage, sales and market share.
8- Being aware about our competitors and prepare killing phrases file.
9- Develop team competences and performance; keep working together with high efficiency and maintain the team spirit.
Purpose of the job: Design and quote LV switchboards.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Design LV switchboard (Quality) local made.
2- Design LV type-tested switchboard (Prisma).
3- Design LV motor control panels and ATS.
4- Prepare CNC machine drawings.
5- Prepare quotations and technical offers.
6- Prepare purchasing materials list.
7- Communicate with raw material suppliers.
8- Provide technical support for customers (SLD, capacity selection, ....)
9- Following the production of panels till get ready for dispatching.
