Government Relations Responsibilities:

•Labor department & immigration relations covering work permits/residencies/ visit visas & relevant cancellations.
•Ensure 100% legal compliance of all employment relations at all times and on time.
•Renewal of professional license (SHJ-DXB-AUH).on time.
•Renewal of tenancy contract (SHJ-DXB-AUH)on time.

Internal Clients, Travel & Company Event responsibilities:

•Providing guidance and co-ordination as required to internal clients in regards to visa processes/ residencies and family sponsorships.

•Coordinate logistics for all company events with best facilities.

•Responsible for managing all travel & accommodation arrangements for incoming new employees & visitors.

•Supporting employees in obtaining best fares for annual vacation ticket bookings.

General Admin & Purchasing :

•Purchase of all company non project supplies (kitchen, Stationary, furniture, event giveaways…etc) at best possible rates.
•Office renovations to be done timely and with minimum disruption of the team’s work.
•Coordination with external suppliers and designers as necessary for any required office maintenance/renovation/decoration projects …etc
