•Support the Company’s mission, vision, values and goals in the performance of daily activities.

•Handle transactions and answer customer queries
•Effectively communicate ideas, suggestions and answers.
•Refer customers to people who specialize with the type of problem or query they present
•Open new accounts/Closing accounts
•Inquiries for home, car and personal loans
• Inquiries on internet services
•Offer upgrades and new banking services or products
