ICT Duties & Responsibilities:

- Establishment of ICT routine “Standard Operating Procedures” (SOPs) and Implementing ICT policies and regulations.
- Liaise with ITS HQ staff for support & user guidance and rules & regulations updates.
- Manage “ICT equipment / assets” issuance, transfers, upgrading and replacing. And ensure that all are reflected in Umoja assets management system and update inventory documentation.
- Assist and process disposal of obsolete ICT equipment and support with Identify the future needs in the office in terms of required ICT and operation equipment.
- Provide remote support service for ROMENA regional office and support with installation, configuration and troubleshooting current and newly purchased hardware & software.
- Develop and Update “UNODC / ROMENA” SharePoint websites on regular basis.
- Meet and follow up all “ICT” on-boarding management system requirements for new staff & contribute to knowledge building, collaboration and sharing for UNODC/ROMENA staff.
- Contribute to Information technology training for UNODC/ROMENA staff for new ICT technology,
equipment and software and share best practices with ROMENA staff.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot “Cisco VOIP” telephony system. Ensure efficient networking administration & monitor the network connectivity and office “CCTV” IP Cam and video conferencing units on a regular basis to ensure stable
networking environment.


Procurement Duties & Responsibilities:

- Provision technical advice / recommendations and assistance in procurement of new “ICT equipment & admin building equipment” with submitting requisitions and tenders, prepare required documents based on requirement nature and needs, contact and follow up with vendors / suppliers and stack holders, preparing the comparison matrix, collecting WBSE and submitting (LVA & Shopping carts) on UMOJA system, finalizing purchase orders and follow up with “officer in charge” for approvals and GRs and liaise with finance team for payment and invoices submitting matters.
- Contribute to ICT annual procurement plan development and providing recommendation for service continuity plan.
- Ensure premises and ICT assets are used effectively.
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
- Prepare accurate reports for high level operation management.


Administration Duties & Responsibilities:

- As a focal point of contact for UNODC ROMENA staff, I'm responsible for oversee the back office by answering incoming
inquiries, replying to general correspondence and dealing with programmes / Projects requests.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Coordinate meetings and functions for UNODC ROMENA office.
- Procurement and proper management of office supplies and assets
- Manage and properly account for petty cash issued to facilitate general office activities.
- Manage all travel, hotel & airport transfers for UNODC ROMENA office staff.
- Responsible for office administration payments within approved expense limits and they are made within reasonable
time to ensure business continuity (office courier service, office telephone,
office cleaning services, office utility bills (Electricity, water, Gas and security), office catering & event management services)
- Maintain and file all business records in a systematic manner.
