Persuasion the top management to the economic importance of the manufacturing of
chemical raw materials which are already using in printing inks
Participation in a working group to set up a factory project for raw materials
Setting up research laboratory for chemical syntheses
Synthesis of new raw materials (e.g. dispersing agent and some resins) which are
using in printing ink formulations
Preparing and teaching a presentation about “Team work principles and its
importance” for some of employee from different departments of company.
Training for R&D members on particle size analyzer device “two lectures”
Preparing of technical study about UV ink manufacturing

# Assay the samples from each production batch and determined the percentage of the ingredient materials in sample by different ways and devices "such as HPLC device, UV device and other devices".
# Analysis of the production samples according to USP "united state pharmacopoeia" and BP "British pharmacopoeia".
# Writing and documentation of the analytical reports.
