Provide management training, business plans, operations excellence and sales tactics with concentration on saving costs all across the organization and increase the bottom line.
Help create new concepts in Hospitality and Retail sectors, by establishing companies, setting up location with all needs, marketing new products, executing business plans and run P&L’s.
I joined the team of Modern Recycling Factory in the build-phase (Pre-Operation) therefore my main activities were to build the structure of all departments, policies, best practice, business plans and organizational chart, some highlighted activities are as follow:
Build the HR department policies, procedures and forms.
Built the IT department and personally managed the project of implementing the infrastructure, cabling, hardware including data center and MS Dynamics software implementation.
Finalized the health & safety policies and procedures.
Put together an organizational chart to cover all aspects of the business and schedule the hiring of needed staff and management members.
Assisted CEO with the supervision of contractors to finalize the set-up of the factory (Building, Offices & Equipment)
Worked with international vendors to plan for raw material delivery along with all supplies.
Prepared a five year budgeted business plan for the factory.

MOH Hospitals Information System for MOH, Kuwait (2 years, $5 Million) to provide HIS for 2 hospitals with 1000+ beds to cover all clinical systems and integrate it with the existing LIS and RIS using Oracle DB, Nexus HIS and HR solution
DCRTD for Research Center for Diabetes (1 year, $3 Million) to provide a total IT system for the Center from HIS, LIS, RIS, HR, ERP and Intelligent reporting using Accpac, IDMSys Health System, SQL, Interact HR and Siemens Radiology Information System
Accomplishments:
Acknowledged for successful negotiation of contract from AT&T for project related to implementation of Enterprise T1 MPLS Network Connectivity across 30+ branches of the organization with centralized data access
Responsibilities:
Collaborated with the top management team (CEO, CFO, Purchasing Director, HR director, others) with regards to fulfillment of IT requirements, scheduling projects and improving IT solutions
Focused on implementation of industry best practices and high data integrity across the division for fulfillment of IT requirements
Project:
Network T1 Connection for PPE USA (6 Months, $3 Million/ annum) - Support for T1 connection with centralized IT applications and Internet Connection across 34 branches using Cisco routers.
Manage the Information Technology Department in accordance with organizational principles and goals. Ensured proper functioning of company's information processing system and perform upgrades as necessary. Help business operation to utilize information systems to improve efficiency and maximize profits.
Assure zero down-time to maintain connectivity for some high level 3D movie maker and design applications such as Auto CAD and CorelDraw that was used for the booth business the company provided for customers. Act as a liaison between all different divisions and IT department, and between IT and external vendors in providing solutions, systems purchase, and opportunities.
