Documentation in charge, export, import, delivery order, statistics / logistics department responsible for making achievements reports to principle and preparing partner code for consignees and marketing, sending / receiving B/L data and reports to various lines, principals and agents all over the world on daily, weekly and monthly basis to update parties concerned of the statistics, claim, equipment stocks and over due reports and other timely requested reports . Verification and tracking of all the shipping documentation, update database and status ( on line systems ) Coordinate with business proponents, distribution warehouse, port authorities, freight forwarders, customs to plan the monthly, weekly and daily job scope of service Responsible for the efficient movement of personnel and cargo considering Operational & Safety matters such as efficiency, maximization of loads, and consolidation of loads, time to deliver, documentation and reporting, and strict adherence to HES guidelines . DG Cargoes Responsible to coordinate and monitor all the transport of cargoes, encompass; distribution discharging, transport . And since shipments occur fm multiple locations both domestically and internationally, must coordinate, communicate, report with multiple outside / inside organizations.
