• Participates in implementing the Emiratization program.
• Maintains communication and follow-up process with branches and divisions in order to achieve ADIB Emiratization goals.
• Maintains continuous communication and follow up with other HR sections in order to process the National Trainees documents for recruitment.
• Participates in organizing recruitment campaigns.
• Participates in preparing the Emiratization monthly progress reports.
• Performs other related job duties as assigned by Head of Emiratization Department & be a member in the Emiratization Panel.
Facilitating the formulation and periodic review of Corporation's Performance Management Framework, while also ensuring effective strategy implementation and leading Strategic Performance Improvement Initiatives that aims to reach ADAC Vision. Ensuring alignment of corporate vision, mission, values, corporate objectives and individual objectives and its cascading.
Supports organisation reviews on current and proposed organisation structures and manpower requirements. Works in close liaison with Organisation & Manpower Planning Advisors in preparing proposals and submissions for changes to organisation structures and manpower to General Management. Oversees and controls the creation of required unit codes and organisation structures in the HR Oracle System. Assists in the preparation of manpower demand and supply forecasts, based on approved establishment over the short, medium and long-term. Collects relevant data and statistics in liaison with Human Resources staff, oversees the collation of corporate manpower reports. Compiles manpower figures and business plan forecasts to the Finance Division and Business Planning Department for inclusion in the ADCO business plan.
• Identify shortage/surplus of manpower and propose corrective plan and strategy
• Carry out activity analysis and activity sampling for any additional manpower and staffing requirements
• Work closely with Recruitment Department to initiate new improved vacancies reporting system,
implement Emirtization plan, and different recruitment and selection activities
• Completed HR Competency Assurance Management System (CAMS) - 3 years program - in 1 year.
• Familiar with the key concepts of Succession Planning.
• Produce and illustrate statistical manpower analysis reports to analyze trends in MP
