I handle alot of project related for eCommerce field by using Pm Tools, My responsiblity as below:
• Follow up on projects
• Prepare Projects initiation documents and kick off meetings
•Develop project Work break down structure
• Develop project plan and stakeholders register
• Update Project Progress
• Requirements Gathering from project stakeholders
• Communicate with project Stakeholders regarding issues such as a product manager or developers as well.
• Change requests if required.
• Work on Oracle team.
• Developing a Project Plan using Jira Mythology
• Using Scrum Mythology to follow up with the team and keep the project in the track.
• Define the scope of projects and sub-projects with products owners and managers
• Facilitate bi-weekly planning, weekly release planning to meet business goals
• Generating a Daily and monthly Reports for projects.
• Full project Tracking and Handling by using PM Mythology and daily meeting with all stakeholders.
• Identify the Process for the operation process and other department on the current company.
I managed projects for most of the operators in the MENA region. The nature of the projects ranged from value added services, operator integration, data analyses and reporting, and mobile applications for Android, BlackBerry and iOS.
My responsibility was as below:
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
• Determine the resources (Time-Estimate, Equipment, team, Risk, …. etc) required to complete the project
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
• Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
• Communicate with 3rd Party or clients to check the requirements to proceed with the project and share with the deliverable once the projects closed.
• Responsible of the expanded the company on Libya by put the plan, Time- estimate, cost and deliverable.
