• Develop building renovation and refurbishment initial ideas, establish and excuse project plan.
• Develop design concepts and prepare final presentation to the client.
• Prepare drawing in 2D and 3D sketches, proposals and quotations for the clients.
• Consider materials and costs according to set budgets and negotiate project fees.
• Produce working drawing packages, mood & sample boards & also 3d visuals.
• Supervise building/ houses/ villas renovation works.

• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.
• Supervise and monitor the work of both contractors and suppliers.
• Liaise with procurement department in selecting materials and provide recommendation in line with the client’s requirements.
• Develop designs according to a brief according to the client’s requirement.
• Research and prepare plans, diagrams or sketches for interior constructions, materials, finishes, lighting and furnishing.
• Conduct site surveys and provide recommendation.
• Assist clients in selecting materials, fabrics, furniture and colors.
