Working directly with high level client-serving professionals (Partners / Principals, Executive Directors, Senior Managers and Managers)
Proactively contribute to engagement/account team meetings with strategic client and industry insights.
Proactively identify project risks and opportunities for improving processes.
Act as the knowledge manager for the engagement team, managing internal databases and/or portals designed to facilitate global team communications and coordination of go-to-market strategy.
Manage stakeholder expectations, project plans and communications, and provide status updates as needed to continuously move forward in the service delivery process.
Complete ownership of engagement economics (e.g., hours/budgets/estimates to complete, fees, billings, Work in Process spreadsheets), proactively collaborating with relevant team members (e.g. Financial Management Associate) to resolve any issues that may arise.
Develop strong working relationships with external client personnel, anticipating client needs and communicating with EY account team leadership.
Managing the contracts and the relationship between Saudi Space Commission and Bupa Arabia
Gather customers needs and the suggestion to the relevant department
Setup new ways of promotion planning with marketing team
Maintaining the continuity of the contract with the clients
Follow up financial payments from our clients to our financial team
Execute the requests from the clients
Strengthening the relationship and maintain continuous work with clients
Working to enhance and develop our business plan

Provide the best service for VIP customers
Review requests from VIP customers and dealing with them in professional way
Working on financial claims and medical preauthorization
Add and delete, change classes members at the request of client
Preparing daily and monthly reports to the client about the work and statistics
Collaborate with our colleagues and departments managers to enhance our services
Ensure crew availability to cover Nesma Airline commercial flying program while also ensuring sufficient numbers of standby coverage
Anticipate and advise the training department flight / cabin crew management on maximum numbers of crew that may be absent for training and annual leave
Correctly follow company and senior management directives regarding the restoring of crew
Develop air crew rosters in accordance with applicable contracts
Ensure that all of Nesma Airline flights are crewed with the necessary number of pilots and flight attendants
Adjust the crew roster whenever changes occur, changes are to be carried out with the least collateral impact, taking into account efficient and optimum allocation of crew resources and at minimum cost to the company
Act on advice and input from Crewing supervisor, Crew planner, Ops control and other management
(Chief Pilot /Manager In flight, Head of OCC, Director of OCC and director of Flight Operation
Provide regular reports on a variety of crewing aspects (No-show, late to sign on, standby’s etc)
