Personnel & HR Operation such as for business trip, leaves, employment certificates, medical, and employee's archives etc.
Contracts termination regulation and end of service calculations.
o Talent Acquisition Function:
Defining the organizational needs and Identifying the gap.
Plan required and available recruitment budget.
Plan resources hunting campaign.
Define internal and overseas needs.
Complete all requirements and documentations to satisfy the talent movement to KSA.
Being part of the campaign personally internally and overseas.
Assign selection criteria's.
Develop competitive offers to meet organization objectives.
Develop induction plans and monitoring new comers performance.
Analysis the feedback of the selections' sources.
Frequent review of employments offers and contracts.
o Training and development Function:
Defining the organizational and employees needs through appraisals and observations records.
Define Training budget as part of the section respobailities.
Plan required trainings internally and externally.
Evaluate training providers, materials and feedbacks.
Link required trainings with the career path.
o Administration and Government Relation Function:
Responsible for Time Writing between projects to bill the contracted entities. This includes monitoring working hours, overtime, and night shifts. This should support payroll process.
Lead function specific for government relation offices to support organization need such as: GOSI, Ministry of Labor, SAUDI Passports, HRDF, Ministry of Transpiration, Traffic Police, Labor Courts Civil Defense and Embassies.
Lead Offices arrangements for the organization to facilitate the duties such as Organization's Buildings, Offices, medical insurances, accommodations and transportation.
