o Put operational plans to translate the strategic plan and reversed the institution plans definition and development of human resources strategy, the effective implementation of the human resources strategy

o Coordination of activities related to human resources management to achieve the main objectives
o Development and continuous application performance management systems
o Develop and support the implementation of the workforce plans and career progressions
