-- Correspondence Tracking System (CTS) for National Water Company that allows organization to manage correspondences and automate their processing to ensure the handling of incoming requests and outgoing response with escalation module. Manage and archive of all types of correspondence for legal and compliance obligations.
-- Document Management System (DMS) for Al-Majmaah Governorate Municipality, Hafr Al-Baten Governorate Municipality, King Khaled University for storing documents with history tracking. The projects with the following features: store metadata for each document, capture and processing images of paper documents from scanners, integrate with CTS application
