Working on VAT and Excise Tax implementation for GAZT (General Authority of Zakat and Tax), Daily tasks include:
• Requirements gathering
• Preparing functional specification documents
• Functional testing
• Conducting training and support the client in UAT

working on National Labor Gateway (NLG):
• Gather and analyze the requirements from the client.
• Responsible for the requirements assessment.
• Create the functional design documents.
• Participate in quality management reviews of the functional design documents.
• Support the client in UAT.
• Supporting Testing Team with executing the test scripts, report defect of the system.
• Support Service Desk Team with analyzing the ticket from the client and redirect it the corresponding team.
Working on NLG (National Labor Gateway) project with HRDF (Human Resource Development Fund).
Daily tasks include:
