Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creating & following computer teaching plan to archive the education goals.
- Responsible for all aspects of IT Management, including systems, infrastructure, network support and applications.
- Implemented a full ecommerce solution with multi channel sites.
- Develop and implement all IT policies, procedures, and systems to ensure service delivery is maximised.
- Managed the upgrade of two SQL servers.
- Responsible for a team of 12 staff.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Create, analyse, develop and upgrade The VOIP telecommunication system in the head office then the international branches.
- Calls cost management, call center reports.
- Supervision for all IT related activities including : internet connectivity, firewall management, VPN networks (with the branches), system back up plans, etc...
•I was who established Engineering Division in Al Naqbi Media Company.
•The main area of focus in this division was Marketing, installation, maintenance all brands of telephone systems, computer devices and computer networks.
•Planning, and managing all engineering division activities
•supervision all currently projects
•Keeping good relations with the company suppliers and customers beside getting new customers to the company......etc.
•Actually Direct Technology was a new company and I was the second employee there because of that I got a good experience in management, marketing, and dealing with new customers, etc…
•This was beside my main responsibilities in telephone systems installation and programming, computer programming, networking installation and management.
•Full time in A2Z group (Technology Development &Engineering)
•I was responsible for keeping the good LAN work and its connection with WAN
•Sending and receiving E-mails from international companies.
•I have provided services and created good relations with some of A2Z group suppliers (English, Austrian, and Indian),
•I worked as an instructor of computer maintenance and computer programming(VB, PHP, SQL).
