Key Responsibilities: Our central core is to provide online connect to corporate customers for the following:
• e-Reporting: Creating programme web link for the client to view his accounts, take statements or swift messages for any internal transfer or international transfer online. As well as view e-Trade transactions from LC and LG. The configuration is giving the ability to link many accounts as well as define which accounts to be viewed by each user.
• e-Payment: Creating programme web link to transfer account two accounts, account to third party, domestic fund transfer, Cross-border fund transfer and printing customised cheques, also bulk payments (salary, local or international transfers).
• e-Trade: open LC and LG without submitting documentation according to customer limits in our system.
• Identify customer requirements and prepare documentation for which service he is requesting (e-Reporting or e-Payment).
• Design e-Payment structure (Maker, Supervisor and Authorizer) also need to identify authorised limits in the system which match with customer requirements.
• Complete documentation and send all requested documents to proper channels and ensure of having all necessary verification.
• Advise customer of correct procedure when giving tokens and how to re-configure the token and what to do if token lost or damaged.
• Handled major important club activities such as internal and external written/oratory communications of UAE Football Federation/Football Clubs.
• Assisted in conference organisation and making travel/medication arrangements for players by coordinating with embassies and international hospitals.
• Ensure maintenance of office support system for sending and receiving phone calls, faxes and e-mails for internal/external correspondence.
• Scheduled summer training camps, supervised players warnings during the League, President Cup and international events as well as handled issues of penalties payments.
• Served as a vital link between the club and new players, made all the necessary arrangements to accommodate them and subsequently completed their recruiting/registration procedures and medical checkups.
