• Identify customer requirements and prepare documentation for which service he is requesting (e-‎Reporting or e-Payment). ‎
• Design e-Payment structure (Maker, Supervisor and Authorizer) also need to identify authorised ‎limits in the system which match with customer requirements. ‎
• Complete documentation and send all requested documents to proper channels and ensure of ‎having all necessary verification. ‎
• Advise customer of correct procedure when giving tokens and how to re-configure the token and ‎what to do if token lost or damaged. ‎
