- Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget
activities to fund operations and increase efficiency .

Company in any of the fields of activities of the company's
Egypt operations.
Sharing top management in placing order to vendors. Contributed in achieving the target plan set by the company for the region, last of which was $36.000.000 (Egypt &Jordon).Managing the merchandising Dept. for Egypt & Jordon. Troubles shooting all the problems facing either staff or vendors. Evaluating Team Members performance .Held training sessions for staff and vendors as well. Issue contracts and monitor production and shipping schedules. Reporting to the G.M.
Handling Soft Line \ hard Line orders for Target Stores, Co-ordinate between buyers and vendors, costing procedures and samples development, issue contracts, follow up production and shipping. Reporting to the Managing Director of Egypt office .
Handling all the customer service tasks for US customers. Duties included booking and planning the confirmed orders. Sourcing all the required materials needed for production. Follow up production till goods exported. Handling all the correspondences with overseas suppliers, negotiate prices, delivery dates and shipping schedules, handling all documents relating of export\import operations, Reporting to the Chairman.
