› responsible for assisting the Sales team to drive Jordan Telecom Group revenue by helping to qualify accounts, answer business requests, prepare and deliver solution based product presentations, and deliver proof of concepts which meet customer business requirements.
› Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture.
› Answer to RFI/RFQ/RFP together with the Sales manager.
› Cooperates with the Account Managers to analyze current and future needs of Jordan Telecom Group customers to ensure providing best technical customised solutions and financial proposition.
› Responsible for handling any technical question or issue which arises during a sales cycle and to work with the Network team to resolve customer issues.
› Prepares, revises, and submits customized offers to the strategic Jordan Telecom Group customers and follows up on the necessary approvals to ensure providing the solutions within the time limits to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
› Demonstrate capability to manage and build professional and strong customers relationship.
› If required, acts as a Project Manager for each deal to ensure the final solution is delivered towards customer’s expectation and initial proposals.

› Provides training to customers and Account manager when needed.

›Deploy the Projects and orders coming from sales taking into account the Quality and the time to deliver the services.
›Follow up handsets, Coverage and loyalty point’s cases.
›Make sure that the customer is satisfied with the after sales services.
›Full understanding of customer requirements and complains.
›Developing and conducting surveys that measure customers’ satisfaction and quality of orange services.
›Providing the needed, timely technical and logistic support for the sales department.
›Responsible of Bulk SMS service.
›Responsible of Mobile handsets maintenance.
›Responsible of Blackberry service and devices software maintenance.
›Responsible of tracking system projects.
›Giving courses and seminars about Blackberry and 3G services.
