• Capitalize on the new business opportunities within the local trade boundaries

• Resolves complex customer problems by practicing the delegated authority and coordinating with
• the other partners
• Log-in customer complaints and adopt Complaints Handling Analysis Process (CHAP) and assist LMM to
• address service related issues.
• Identify areas of improvement among team members and recommend development plans
