Roles &Responsibilities:
Review the prelim of the project during tender stage, assist our HO in appointment of subcontractors and suppliers, weekly and monthly progress report, monitor the cost within the budget, coordination with suppliers and subcontractors, coordination with the local authorities to obtain the necessary permits, NOCs and BCC , follow up the related claims &variations
Technical support on material submittal, Method statement, lifting plan, Machineries selection and the design of temporary works
Prepare the required close out documents; obtain TOC and Performance Certificate from the client.
