accidents, injuries and incidents within the division. Coordinates the hiring process for
assigned division in concert with Human Resources
• Established the Data Acquisition Laboratory in Egypt (1999) to locally repair the electronic
down hole tools, saving 950 K$ annually.
• Champions the implementation of new technology within the division. Coordinates and
assists with the correction, prevention and improvement (CPI).
• Mentor through expertise in operations and technical aspects, became main source of
information for stuff through daily contact in quick, professional and concerned manner.
• Review and approve technical and commercial parts in tendering process.
• Slashed down time 15% and increased the productivity -allowed workers to develop
ownership and provide input into the work process - assigning tasks, finishing jobs using
worker’s experience and intelligence to perform their jobs at peak level.
