Supervise wellwork activities such as wellhead maintenance (dry X-mass trees and Wellheads of onshore and offshore wells), cased hole/production logging and slick line activities.
•Prepare procedures for all field well operations to ensure premium quality and safety.
•Serve as an essential member of the Well Integrity Management team, and responsible for Annulus pressure management and tubulars corrosion/erosion evaluation project with a multidisciplinary team in order to closely and properly manage the company assets.
•Provide first line crisis management response to well related emergencies.
•Research latest and proven technologies to ensure quality results of field well surveys.
•Ensure that appropriately equipment is used in accordance with the company requirements.
•Plan for equipment maintenance and regular testing and service programs at wellheads for all wells including x-mass trees, wellheads and subsurface equipment.
•Prepare and monitor spares requirement for well equipment. Review and order new spares/equipment in accordance with company design and procedures. Maintain well equipment and completion database in line with the management strategy.
•Participate in JSA and risk assessment preparation with the collaboration of the safety department.
•Participate in the WellView database update.
•Control and make sure all well work guidelines are up to date as per the company policy and procedures.
•Mentoring new production engineers, controlling and reviewing their performance against the company benchmarking.
•Manage environmental aspects and impacts of well work operations. Maintain documentation of all environmental records thereof and coordinate with environmental engineering for assessment and limitations per governmental regulations.
Annulus pressure monitoring and mitigation for sustained annulus pressure for over 80 gas offshore wells and 4 onshore waste water injection wells.
•Make sure all well integrity tests are recorded and up to date (such as X-mas tree valves/DHSV leakoff tests, DHSV control line integrity and well maintenance).
•WellView software user for well schematics, well operations history and related data base.
•Control and supervise all contractors, consultants and service companies performing activities related to cased hole and production logging including: preparation and initiation of programs, reviewing progress and checking work done against specifications.
•Issue/Update wellwork procedures and programs within the target time for the related jobs.
