Responsibilities:
Prepare factory master production plan and ensure its compliance with capacities, quality, productivity, delivery time and safety.
Communicate with all the relevant people / departments and coordinating all relevant inputs (people, plant and processes) to ensure that the shop floor has the necessary manpower, competence, skill, knowledge, plant and tooling required in order to achieve production targets and on time delivery targets are achieved.
Ensure that all production related activity is time and cost efficient / effective, equipment is maintained & repaired, production /quality processes, equipment being used and the working environments are all conducive to producing a high quality product / service.
Monitor production activity to ensure that the appropriate manufacturing methods are employed and that sufficient due care is taken in order to meet the customer’s build and quality specifications and Ensure rejected product / non-conformance is rectified as high priority and that customers are kept informed accordingly then the correct non-conformance paperwork is raised and processed with every reject.
Ensuring that the appropriate systems and processes are in place to measure and manage staff performance and to coach and develop a high performance workforce in order to conduct and record annual performance appraisals.
Maintain proactive, dynamic and effective communication with customers at all times and offer flexible and helpful customer service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
As a lead auditor, ensure establishment of quality system.
Ensure the achievement of production and cost control targets.
Conduct and share all reports with the Vice Chairman in Finland on a monthly basis.
Reporting to the Vive Chairman and managing 9 directly and 458 indirectly with approximately 200 Million EGP yearly turnover.
Achievements:
Increase OEE to 75 % from 40 %.
Increase turnover by 50 %
Increase working production lines from 6 to 12 production lines.
Increase exports due to better quality and On-time production.
Zero Major Customer complaints.

i. Ensure production departments have sufficient time to manufacture and deliver on time according to the customer’s request.

ii. Pre-plan production and deploy a daily prioritised work schedule to the shop floor with appropriate time deadline targets.
iii. Set, monitor & review work load schedule
