• Perform daily health checks for the auto-discovery process in the asset management tool.
• Process and analyze various types of dumps to develop connectors for parsing element such as (Radio, Access part, core) from different vendors
• Provide support to global operators including OmanTel, Azerconnect, Zain, Orange) for issues related to Transmission, RAN, Core, OSP, Networking using a professional ticketing system (Jira).
• Conduct inventory audits and validations to verify the presence of each component within the operator’s assets.
• Provide troubleshooting and consultancy services to assist customer in resolving detailed physical and logical issues across multiple vendors (Huawei, NSN, ALU, Cisco).
• Conduct demonstrations to showcase new features to potential customers and take responsibility for RFP’s related to outside plant (OSP) projects.
