Managing Product Knowledge :
•Plan & deliver medical background, therapeutic class, pharmacological aspects and any relevant product knowledge, at all levels
•Audit & Evaluate level of product - related knowledge at all level
•Ensure the efficiency of products training sessions instructed via self or other parties.

iii.) Market& Competition

•Set, develop& manage counter - competition plans, in coordination with marketing dept.
•Targeted analysis of business information, IMS and field force reports
•Propose innovative business solutions and counter- competitions campaigns
•Initiate, propose& coordinate with marketing department in developing marketing plans, per product, per line.

IV.) Marketing Planning
•Arise, review (and approve) developing marketing plans with marketing department for promotional strategies, promotional messages& tools, per product in assigned range of products
•Ensure delivery, understanding and implementing the agreed marketing plans, promotional Messages & marketing strategies, on field force level & customers levels
•The impact and market validity and propose corrective measures for marketing plans.
V.) Follow up& Implementation
•Implement and follow up procedures to ensure high quality of work
•Checks the accuracy of work via reporting & data management.
•Carefully review and check the accuracy of information in work reports provided.
•Ensure appropriate communication of PIP (Promotional Implementation Process) to all levels
•Ensure availing and return of tools& materials, such as: Promotional presentations (preparation & approval), DTH materials, such as; Brochures, Product branding gifts& any other promotional materials, Samples& free goods & DTC materials.
•Audit, evaluate& ensure and follow up PIP at all levels and propose timely corrective measures.
•Set, develop& manage counter-competition plans, in coordination with marketing department.
•Ensure full understanding of the marketing plan with all my team.
VI) Market research
- To put short and long-term marketing and expansion strategies for the company
(Internal and external market)
- Opening new markets
- Seeding the new products of the company all over the internal and external market
