•Working along with the procurement team in validating & securing requests from all the concerned user departments in Jeddah and the remote areas.
•Managing a wide range of existing suppliers while proactively searching new suppliers related to non-food purchasing (equipment, heavy machinery, IT related, contractors, projects, stationary, technical materials, uniforms…etc).
•Requesting proposals for projects and initiating bid openings
•Oversee vendor performance as well as managing, documenting change requests.
•Negotiating contracts, payment terms & delivery lead time with suppliers.
•Supporting the department’s goal in building strategic partnerships with reputable vendors in the market.
•Working closely with our technical stores department to ensure availability of stock and forecasting future requirements of critical spare parts related to our intensive catering unit operations.
•Managing cash purchases through local buyers (who work basically for royal & vip flights & technical emergency requirements) and closely monitoring their requisitions and petty cash consumption.
•Issuing purchase orders through our company’s ERP system and keeping close track of local/overseas orders.
• Assisted in Hiring, onboarding & accommodating new workers coming from overseas countries.
• Ensured that contracts, contract renewals & paperwork are completed within the set deadlines.
• Tracking & updating employee database records.
• Providing periodic reports about employee’s attendance and review employees vacation, overtime, absences, sick leaves…etc
• Tracking budgets and monthly personnel expenses of the newly established department in the remote site.
• Maintain effective communication of the company’s policies & Procedures and issuing disciplinary action for staff who violate them.
Identifying the training needs for newly hired & existing employees across all the regions of the company’s operations.
•Planning, organizing & scheduling in-house & outsourced training for the concerned staff.
•Preparing monthly reports and statistics for senior management in regards to the training progress, costs & staff training records.
•Was part of the MTP project in which fresh graduates from different universities are carefully screened, interviewed and evaluated. The selected candidates are then enrolled in a 6-months rotatable training program with possibility of permanent hire for those who match the requirements.
• Successfully completed my bachelor degree in general management with double core majors in Human Resources & strategic Management • GPA ( Very Good)
