Job Description:

- Lead a team of engineers and draftsmen to carry out all the engineering and procurement work required for the projects which I directly involved in.

- The Team are involved in reviewing and issuing Shop drawings, Technical notes, RFI, material list, material submittals, Subcontract Agreements, POs, VOs, and all other office works that are under the
engineering and Procurement Terms.

- The work includes HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Infrastructure, and special systems such as
water Features and irrigation.

- The Projects Includes Industrial, Commercial, Residential, besides infrastructure utilities
Projects.

- Preparing Technical and Status Reports to the top management is a main objective.

Project: GRAND EGYPTIAN MUSUEM (1 Billion $) - With BESIX JV

Job Description: To monitor, coordinate and supervise Infrastructure, Irrigation and water
feature site activities and subcontractors on a day-to-day basis.

The Work I assigned to do is:
- Acting as a Package Manager for Infrastructure, Irrigation, and water feature Packages
(Internal/External)
- Fully coordinate irrigation, Water feature, and Infrastructure networks in terms of engineering and
construction.
- Study all technical drawings and documents.
- Review the technical submittal of materials and ensure its compliance with project specifications.
- Raise technical query and RFIs for any conflict information within the project technical document.
- Supervise preparation of full detailed shop drawings required to execute the project.
- Follow obtaining of drawings and materials approvals.
- Follow up of progress planning and arranging all its requirements.
- Monitoring of Subcontractor’s performance.
- Engage with planning department to define project activities within the scope of work.
- Engage with procurement department to define the materials required to execute the project and
provide the technical support required to select the proper materials
- Coordinate MEP and Infrastructure networks with other trades using REVIT©.
- Analyzing and resolving field problems.
- Conducting progress meetings, coordination meetings, and Workshops.
- Developing Technical and Status report for top management.

The work I assigned to do is:
1- Preparing shop and as-built drawings (Plumbing - Fire Fighting - HVAC- Infrastructure Networks) according to consultant specifications, national, and international codes.
2- Making the necessary coordination during project execution among mechanical, civil, and electrical works.
3- Processing material submittals.
4- Surveying project materials and issue purchasing orders.
5- Follow up the project situation and time schedule making the necessary indication logs and reports.
6- Studying tenders and preparing technical and financial offers with more than 800 million EGP per year (mechanical work only)
7- Excellent relations with suppliers and sub-contractors in local market.

PROJECT PARTICIPANTS:

2- Palm Hills Kattamya Extension residence-New Cairo(90 million EGP)
3- Golden CoastCity Stars-Sharm El Shiekh (30 million EGP)
4- DRAYA University-Al Menya (31 Million EGP)

The work I assigned to do is:
1- Checking design Drawings & Quantities for accuracy of Calculation.
2- Coordinates and reviewing the shop drawing and the As-built Drawings according to Consultant
Specifications.
3- Collect tender documents&Prepare cost estimation.
4- Processing material submittals and requested bidding information.
5- Submit tender (Preparing the financial and the technical offer).
6- Responsible for surveying, selecting, procurement and timely delivered of materials.
7- Work split between office and working on site.
8- Work in several Kind of Projects including water and waste water pump stations, pipes network,
plumbing, and firefighting.
