Mechanical Maintenance Senior Engineer at Egyptian Styrene & Polystyrene production Company (E.Styrenics)

• My current job since January 2015

• Identifying Compressors, pumps, Fans, Turbines and Blowers Troubleshooting and gives Technical Solutions.
• Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
- Manage maintenance programs (either preventive or corrective) & find applicable solutions to minimize the worst actors.
- Provide technical support to maintenance individuals during maintenance procedure of any equipment
- Define root cause of failures & find permanent solutions for repeated problems
- Define new equipments specifications according to requirements within guiding standards
- Supervise the commissioning & start up of new equipments
- Prepare spare parts drawings for spare parts fabrication in internal or external workshops and also review & check for accuracy
- Study the purchase orders for spare parts ( foreign & local ) & give a technical support to inventory administration
- Train the new personal
- Check for the detailed engineering specifications of the rotary equipments & its compliance to standards as API, ISO, & ASTM codes in plant detailed engineering phase.
- Lead work team in field within safety guide lines & standards
- Complies and prepares all training materials in line with training requirements.
- Perform Shaft Alignment using Laser and Dial indicator for rotating equipment and machine trains.

• Attending Shut Down in our company from 1/8/2016 to 1/9/2016 for Annual Maintenance.
