 Review and analyze company existent and proposed benefits schemes and ensures that they are approved and applied across the board
 Oversee job grading process creation and implementation
 Prepare and manage induction program for new hires
 Manage recruitment campaigns and end-to-end recruitment cycle
 Conducts the initial screening and assessment of candidates up to the managerial level, for submission of short lists to requesting division
 Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
