Design, propose and implement compensation & benefits schemes for the organization
Create inclusive HR Policies & Procedures manual for the newly established ARTOC Auto Integrated Automotive Center located in Kattameya
Compile and present the Company’s Attrition Analysis biannually for the management to be made aware of the Company’s attrition trends, and take the appropriate action
Participate and analyze market compensation and benefits surveys and presenting findings
Review and analyze company existent and proposed benefits schemes and ensures that they are approved and applied across the board
Oversee job grading process creation and implementation

Manage recruitment campaigns and end-to-end recruitment cycle
Conducts the initial screening and assessment of candidates up to the managerial level, for submission of short lists to requesting division

Responsible for full sourcing, recruitment, boarding cycle starting at posting job adverts till new recruits on-boarding
Updating of the group companies organization charts and reporting lines
Conducting job analysis to complete missing job description for the entire group
Participating in the process of updating employment contracts for the entire group of companies
Performing other day-to-day HR administrative support
Managed the entire recruitment operation and recruitment campaigns from receiving employment requests till new-comers orientation
Coordinated training courses with third party training providers.
Developed strong partnership with governmental educational institutes to attract and hire top talents
Conducted competency based interviews to ensure hiring quality is not compromised
Represented ACT in Employment Fairs, and other recruitment events
Administered the summer internship program in areas of students allocation, and evaluation
