Preparing monthly/periodic report that lists section’s achievements and work orders done, review it with engineering manager and plant director and check status of pending activities according to business goals.
Stock set ups with Maintenance team on detailed spare parts stock set ups for mechanical plant equipment and utilities equipment includes supervising the preparation of purchase requisitions and stores issue vouchers and approves within delegated authorities as well as the inspection and acceptance of new materials or spare parts. Also reviews requirements for any new equipment or major repairs, evaluates use of existing as well as new proposals, and raises recommendations to subordinates to ensure no material shortage at any point of time and that delivered materials are in accordance with company bidder list and specifications.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance for rotating equipment generally, having specialty maintenance skills for following sugar handling equipment.
Responsible for maintaining and increasing repair job quality, Repair and maintenance and preventive inspection activities with high quality of service toward production team. Following up maintenance breakdown daily, PM plan based on machine documentation and personal experience, involving periodicals replacement of spare parts routinely and periodically checkup during sugar operation season.
